Only 10 Days to Go....Maybe :)

How your baby's growing:

Your baby has really plumped up. He weighs about 6.8 pounds and he's over 19 1/2 inches long (like a leek). He has a firm grasp, which you'll soon be able to test when you hold his hand for the first time! His organs have matured and are ready for life outside the womb.
Wondering what color your baby's eyes will be? You may not be able to tell right away. If he's born with brown eyes, they'll likely stay brown. If he's born with steel gray or dark blue eyes, they may stay gray or blue or turn green, hazel, or brown by the time he's 9 months old. That's because a child's irises (the colored part of the eye) may gain more pigment in the months after he's born, but they usually won't get "lighter" or more blue. (Green, hazel, and brown eyes have more pigment than gray or blue eyes.)

Stats:
38 weeks
How far along: 38 weeks
Sleep: I have been getting plenty since being on bed rest since last Wednesday.

Maternity Clothes:  Now that I don't leave the house I have been lounging in pajama pants and comfy tee's.  If I have to go out for anything then I am most likely wearing a dress because it's the most comfortable to put on right now.
Food Cravings:  Everything, especially ice cream lately.
Food aversions: Nope.
Symptoms I have: ligament pain, tightening of the tummy, swelling, tired, nesting (definitely nesting), leaky boobs, I've got it all :)
Doctor's Appointment:  Well, if all goes well with my blood work that I did this morning then I will go to the doctor tomorrow.  If not then I may be going to the doctor or labor and delivery this afternoon/evening.  We shall see.
Movement:  He really likes to push down on my pelvic area and my hips.  I'm not sure if that is better than him being in my ribs but at least I know he is where he is supposed to be.  He can't really kick anymore because he doesn't have the room but you can definitely tell when he is trying to move around because my entire stomach shifts. It is pretty entertaining.
Belly Button:  I have made it this far without it popping out.  It better stay in there :)
What Else?: Everything around the house is done.  It is now just a waiting game for him to get here.  Dr. Hennessey is out of town all week so if I do end up delivering this week it will be Dr. Miser which I am fine with.  They are both great doctors and I don't really care which one ends up delivering Brandon.
